Hello! I am Ingrid, a Norwegian architect.

I am an architect living on a small farm between Kongsberg and Drammen. I graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in May 2024 with a Master’s degree in Architecture. I have a strong interest in regenerative design, with a particular focus on materials, processes, and aesthetics.
As an architect, I am curious and explorative, always eager to learn new things. My goal is to create architecture that facilitates a more sustainable way of living and better solutions for the future – both socially and environmentally.
I am self-driven and take initiative. I enjoy challenging expectations and exploring alternative paths. My design strategy is rooted in the principle of “making is thinking,” where exploration through materials, models, and process is a central part of development. Sharing this creativity with others and seeing it materialize into completed projects is something I value highly.
In my spare time, I lead an active life. I lived on a sailboat for several years and spent two years in Italy during my studies. Today, I live on a small farm, where my free time is filled with a seemingly endless number of projects – exactly the way I like it.
